• A: No I don't know because one bank takes longer than another bank.

• Q: I make a trade what now?
• A: Transfer the money within an hour and click on paid.

• Q: What happens if i don't pay within one hour?
• A: The trade will be canceled.

• Q: I made a mistake or want to buy more or less Monero?
• A: Cancel the trade and open a new one.

• Q: How do you know my money is in your account.?
• A: Then I get a message from my bank app.

• Q: How long does it take if I pay from the same bank?
• A: Then it take 10...30 minutes.

• Q: How long does it take if I pay from outside the Netherlands?
• A: Then it can take 1...3 days?

• Q: A trade is also processed on the weekend?
• A: Only trade's from the same Bank, other trade's starts on Monday 10.00 h.

• Q: I only have cash money, what now?
• A: Look for my cash by mail trade.

The Monero's are released immediately upon receipt of the money on my Bank-account.
