Cash-by-Mail XMR Terms

By initiating a transaction, the Buyer agrees to the following:

• Buyer must be 18+ and legally permitted to purchase cryptocurrency in their jurisdiction.
• Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Cash must be packaged securely and discreetly.
• Buyer must record a continuous, unedited video showing: counting the cash, all bill denominations, packaging, sealing, shipping label, and drop-off with the carrier.
• Buyer must provide a valid tracking number and proof of shipment within 24 hours of mailing.
• No XMR will be released until the Seller physically receives, counts, and verifies the cash.
• Tracking updates, delivery scans, or estimated delivery dates do not constitute receipt of payment.
• Buyer assumes all risks associated with mailing cash, including loss, theft, delay, damage, seizure, misdelivery, or carrier error.
• Seller is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, or undelivered packages.
• If the package is lost in transit, no XMR will be issued unless otherwise agreed by Seller.
• All cash received is subject to authentication and verification.
• Counterfeit, altered, fraudulent, stolen, or otherwise invalid currency will result in immediate cancellation of the transaction. Buyer forfeits any claim to XMR, refunds, credits, or compensation arising from such currency.
• Seller reserves the right to retain evidence, records, photographs, videos, and communications relating to any suspected fraud.
• If less cash is received than agreed, Seller may adjust the XMR amount proportionally, request the difference, or cancel the transaction.
• If more cash is received than agreed, Seller may adjust the XMR amount or otherwise resolve the discrepancy at Seller’s discretion.
• Buyer is solely responsible for providing the correct Monero wallet address.
• Any XMR sent to an incorrect address supplied by Buyer is the Buyer’s responsibility.
• Once XMR is broadcast to the blockchain, the transaction is final and irreversible.
• Seller reserves the right to refuse, delay, cancel, or investigate any transaction for any reason, including suspected fraud, suspicious activity, compliance concerns, or safety concerns.
• Seller may require additional verification before completing any transaction.
• Cryptocurrency prices may fluctuate before completion. Exchange rates and transaction terms are locked only when explicitly confirmed by Seller.
• Seller shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Seller’s maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount of cash actually received and verified for the specific transaction.
• All transaction records, tracking information, communications, videos, photographs, and shipping documentation may be used as evidence in the event of a dispute.
• By proceeding, Buyer acknowledges the risks of mailing cash and purchasing cryptocurrency and accepts full responsibility for those risks.

By sending payment, the Buyer confirms they have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.
